Matthew Gray

Matthew Gray is the founder of Impact Debate. He values learning the skills of debate more than winning a debate round. He enjoyed five years of team policy debate competition from 8th-12th grade. During that time he received numerous awards including;

• Robin Hancock Senior Award for demonstrating love, peace, gentleness, and faith.

• TP Silver Finalist at National Invitational Tournament of Champions 2016.

• 31st TP Speaker at National Invitational Tournament of Champions 2016.

• Multiple TP Team and Individual awards in Christian Communicators of the Southeast.

• Two-time Impromptu Champion in Christian Communicators of the Southeast.

• Three-time Duo Champion in Christian Communicators of the Southeast.

Since graduating, Matthew has;

• Coached 12th place TP finishers at National Invitational Tournament of Champions 2017.

• Coached 9th place TP finishers at National Invitational Tournament of Champions 2019

• Coached multiple students who have won awards in regional tournaments in STOA and Christian Communicators of the SouthEast.
